Q. Is HARDCORE BODYBUILDING good oneday and then JIUJITSU ,the next?
Littleliom (9/5/2021 5:20 PM)
A. Of course we'd say do jiu-jitsu both days! If you're getting 2-3 sessions per week, then you'll make good progress on your jiu-jitsu journey. Anything you do on the other days is up to you, just keep it healthy and safe.

Q. I have a disability that causes me to be unable to support my weight on my left arm or left hip is there any modification I can do to execute the move of the sit through keeping it in mind. In women's empowerment class it is often a reach up from the ground but the parallel status to the ground seems needed here if possible in this move. What if any are your suggestions?
vickilarsen (3/9/2021 5:01 PM)
A. Try to get up on a knee as an interim step.

Q. Hi there from downunder (or is that downunderinguard) - I'm an older (63) male - reasonably fit and strong but it seems this course seems geared to woman (and the lead in to the womans online program, but I'm guessing it's also useful to men? As I'm older I'm keen to start JJ but don't want to get injured. Cheers, Peter
